What might that symbolize in the story?
They made it across the desert to a beautiful valley, and the peace and quiet of the night put them to sleep but it made them waste a half of day .
What more do we learn about the character of the horses in this chapter?
Hwin:careful shyly ,she didn’t lose the power of forcing herself
a very nervous and gentle person who was easily put down
Bree impolite and impusive lose the power of forcing himself and a little self centered
Which horse seems more courageous and noble than the other? Why?
Hwin very gentle and careful ,though she was the weaker and more tired of the two ,who set the pace
In the face of bree's argument, although she was right, she did not refute it and just work quietly
