What do the children learn about Uncle Andrew in Chap. 2?
Uncle Andrew is a crazy magician. He inherit a box from his grandmother. He gets the dust which in the box into ring form, then the ring draw somebody to another world.
What kind of a person is he?
He is indulged in studying the box and another world. And he is arrogant and only think himself.
How would you describe his character?
He was dishonest. His grandmother wanted him to destroy the box, but he did not keep it.
He was self-righteous. He thought he was wisdom and freed from common rules. And he thought he can do anything he likes to get anything he wanted.
He was treacherous. Talked to the story and utilized the concern of Digory to make a trap to finish his experiment.
He was also coward because he sent a girl to a place where he's afraid to go.
