Queen Jadis was the Queen of her world, there was a word that would destroy all living things except the one who spoke it in the race only be know by great kings, who never used it. However, she learned the word in a secret place and paid a terrible price to learn it. During the battle with her sister, she unable to accept her failure, she use the word and blotted out the world. All the lives were destroyed except herself.

Ruthless, self-approbation, controlling, arrogant.
3. Do you see any similarities between her and Uncle Andrew?
Yes, both of them thought their blood is more noble them common people, thought the weight of the world is on their shoulders, they must be freed from all rules, theirs is a high and lonely destiny.

Queen Jadis wanted to rule the Children’s world.
