1、King Tirian acts “rashly.” What does “rash” mean? What does Tirian do that is rash?
"Rashly" in the dictionary means "in a hasty and foolhardy manner".And as I know this word usually be used for a man who decided something quickly when he just knew this and did not make a check.
The King Tirian believed the tiding Aslan is here in Narnia,and want to know more news without sent people to check.
2、At the beginning of this chapter Tirian is given some good, wise counsel. What is the counsel? Who is it that brings this counsel to the king?
Through this chapter we could know that the new Aslan being here is false and some great evil hanged over Narnia.

About the lie,the King could not believe that very fiercely ,and then wanted to fight them who was lied.
4、Which creature does Roonwit say will never lie?
The stars never lie, but Men and Beasts do.
5、What conclusion does Roonwit draw from this fact?
The ancient forest where a child had once planted the Tree of Protection had been opened,and there were many men from Calormen.The fact gave a hint and a truth there were great evil hanging over Narnia.
